Brummen
Brummen Dehnen is a Human Fighter played by Lorien. A middle son of the leader of the small city of Chanson, Bru initially left his homeland in search of his sister before meeting and joining up with Mu.

Description
Appearance
Brummen stands over six feet tall and has dark brown hair and green eyes. He is often seen in armor, but even when not, he is always armed, keeping his longsword perpetually by his side. While some find him rather intimidating, the women of Riddleport find him irresistibly attractive, a fact that perplexes him.
Personality
Brummen is fairly easy-going -- not easily offended and quick to smile. Initially, he was rather shy and bumbling around women, not needing much to provoke a deep blush to his face. More recently, however, he's gained a certain confidence, even going so far as to flirt with certain women. In combat situations, Bru, as a defender, tends to be more cautious, taking time to make decisions or deferring to the decisions of those in his party. He does not focus on his damage output, but rather on how he can protect his friends during battle, often giving them cover to hide behind or outright taking hits for them if he believes them to be more badly or easily hurt than himself.

Background
Brummen is a defender from the obscure city of Chanson, located in Hyphantonar. He became a fighter when the city fell under attack by their former allies and sister city.
Riddleport
In gratitude for using his newfound magic to help him recover gemstones from beneath the Gold Goblin, Katsu gave Brummen the gemstone of fire to have placed in his sword, for a perpetual Sun Metal Blade. Later that day, Sameritha Beldusk set the gem into Brummen's longsword, giving it the fire quality.

Brummen doesn't actually know Jak. This is just here as an example of turning the subtitle into a link.
Mu
Brummen first met Mu at the Green Arbor, where the two of them joined up with Jenara and Ma'neha to travel to and attend the Vena Summer Festival. After the festivities, they continued on together to accept a hunt in the Golarian city of Riddleport. They have since completed several missions together.
Of all the members of their adventuring family, Brummen and Mu have been together the longest. For this reason, Brummen considers Mu one of his closest friends, giving him his full trust and also looking to him for tactical leadership.
Katsu
Brummen met Katsu in Riddleport when the two both arrived at the Cypher Guild to accept the mission to figure out The Blot. Since then, they've become good friends. Their different skills complement each other well -- Brummen often protects Katsu from harm, and in return, Katsu heals Brummen's wounds.

Being a defense-style fighter, carrying sword and shield, Brummen often uses his Bodyguard and In Harm's Way feats to protect his friends.
Notable Items
The longsword Brummen carries was turned into a perpetual Fire Sword through Katsu's generosity and Sameritha's talents.
