After being introduced to three mermaids, the BF3 further explore the domain of Ogrorlo, dead aboleth tyrant, in search of the missing Darlixatera, snagging a magic trident in the process. Revelation follows revelation as the mermaids--really a coven of sea hags--attempt to enlist the party in overthrowing a powerful enemy--Granny Nightshade, night hag terror of the Dreadwood. The team elects to report to their quest-giver, Keledek, rather than engage with the wicked fey: but Darlixatera, a still-unseen dragon, remains in peril.
